As a developer, you probably
know what it is like trying to find contract work. There are temp
agencies and pass-through agencies that are all trying to capitalize
on your hard work.

FULL DISCLOSURE- When a developer is offered a job, he is told All
details of the project. This includes the total payment agreed to
be paid by the client. In some cases, the developer will be asked
to participate in formulating an appropriate asking price.

Depending on the developer's level of involvement,
Tom Cowan will assign the completion payment which the developer
will receive upon completion of the entire project. Clients pay
when they are satisfied with the project completed as a whole, developers
are paid immediately thereafter. All completion payments are open
for discussion prior to beginning a new contract.

Contract Software
is simply a group of Independent Contractors that know working as
a team is more powerful than working alone. Revenues are divided
up very fairly. Telecommuters are welcome.
